The
Caribbean Tai Chi Institute is a meeting place for
people who enjoy Tai Chi and healthy living and peace
of mind. It is where people meet to exchange their love
for nature.It is like the shining light that the princess of
our hearts shared with us.
This is the house that the infamous
Lord GlenConner
alias Colin Tennant, who bought the Island of
Mustique, lived in from 1989 to 2000. Unfortunately,
despite the fact that he is related to the British Royal
family and a close friend of the late Princess Margaret,
the Queen's sister, and who together with Princess Anne,
stayed in St. Lucia on occasion as his guest, he was
obliged to leave the property after the proprietor's
lawyer served him a Notice to Vacate it after he allowed
the property to fall into disrepair, and refused to keep to a legal agreement
to maintain it.
The good news is that the house
is now available for rent. It is available for a short or long term
lease agreement, for personal or business purposes, at £700.00 p.c.m.
Situated approximately 5 minutes
from the Hilton Hotel Beach Resort, in the South of the Island
of, between St. Lucia's land mark, the Twin Mountains known as the Pitons. The
property was
built with 5 spacious rooms upstairs, and a large area down stairs, which accommodated
a
restaurant. It stands on its own with a large retaining stone wall at the front,
surrounded by palm,
avocado, mango, bread fruit, tangerine, cocoa, banana,plantain, guava trees.
The
view from the balcony is almost breathtaking, with
the Caribbean Sea stretching out to St. Vincent and the
other islands. In addition to the house, also available for
rent, for short or long terms, is approximately 3 aches of
land. You can lease a potion of land for up to 10 years
and build your dream holiday cottage,with the option of
renewing the lease at the end of the agreement.

the mountains, nature paths and to the other ancient trails to water falls and
